How to Issue a Return

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage won’t qualify for a return.

To start a return, email us at hello@themagcarry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll take care of the rest.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

MagCarry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please report it directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim.

We use tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations from the carrier when reviewing claims. If a package issue isn’t reported promptly, we may not be able to honor your request.

How long does shipping take?

We typically take 2–5 business days to process your order and hand it off to the carrier. During peak times or holidays, it may take up to 10 days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that we can’t make changes to your order (including the shipping address) once it begins processing.

Orders with multiple items may arrive separately depending on our manufacturing partners.
